Cancellation Policy
Payment:
Require a 50% deposit fee to secure your appointment of service. No exceptions.
Deposit can be used once to reschedule an appointment.
Late arrivals:
"We understand that being late can happen. However, to ensure all our clients receive their full service, we ask that you arrive 10-15 min prior to your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW. Deposit will be lost and Will be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled service."
Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 48 hours‘ notice. No charge for First reschedule. Any additional rescheduling will be $15 fee.
Multiple no-shows:
"Clients with a history of multiple no-shows will be required to pay in full for future appointments.
Refunds:
If Lule skin and spa need to cancel your appointment. You will receive your deposit plus 10% off your next services for the inconvenience.
Teens policy:
Teens 15 yrs-17yrs of age will be mandatory accompanied by an adult or legal guardians and will remain in room during the full service time. Understand that policies are in place for the safety and comfort of everyone involved. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No children policy:
Children may not be allowed unsupervised in the waiting area. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you have children we ask to please secure childcare ahead of time to avoid being turned away or charged a reschedule fee. Waxing environment are not child-proof. Hot wax, sharp tools pose a significant safety risk. We will not be responsible for any accidents or any injuries of children left unattended.
Additional guests policy:
For the safety, privacy, comfort and sanitation of clients we prohibit extra guests.
